At The Frame Studio we would like to take the time to introduce a very special frame line we offer for all the frame connoisseurs out there. This line is called Concerto. What sets these frames apart, besides their extreme beauty, is the unique process it takes to finish them. Concerto frames are joined before the finish is applied. By applying the finish after the frame is joined it makes the frame seamless with no lines in the corners where the sides of the frame meet. The styling on these frames is quite wide, ranging from historical, to contemporary, to classic and modern. This particular frame we used (below) is finished with 22K gold leaf on top of cracked gesso. Concerto is more than just a frame, it’s an heirloom.
