Maillol from the private collection of Martin and Cherie

Bela and I were invited on a tour of Martin and Cherie’s private collection of fine french art and photographs.  Our hosts served us great wine and hors d’oeuvres, interesting details about each piece, and rounded out the night with lemon merinjue pie and espresso.  We had a great time.  Shortly after they brought in this amazing piece that had just arrived, for us to frame.  We only wish you could see it in real life.  It is captivating.
