A client brought in two very cool pieces to THE FRAME STUDIO that were framed back in the 80s - and boy did the framing show that! (SEE BELOW. When is the last time you saw malachite laminate?) These two pieces of art done on plexi are of her and her husbands astrological signs. (Isn't that sweet?) She wanted custom frame them to update these two pieces to fit her current décor. Beautiful Layers

We recently had something really cool come across our table . . . look at this piece of art. This art is made of 5 layers of Mylar, with drawing on each layer. The art was shipped already framed to the client all the way from India. We reframed it making sure to keep the same spacing between the layers as it was in the original framing, creating a shadowbox. Custom framing sometimes needs to be simple to show off the fine details - like in the drawing of the goldfish in this image.

Memories of the War

When our client brought her father-in-law's WWII memorabilia in to THE FRAME STUDIO, she told us it was very special to him. We made sure to treat it as such when we custom framed his medals, letter, and photograph. It got a framing package that treated it with respect, and made sure to showcase it's importance in his life. The Way of the Samurai

When client's brought in these two paintings on masonite into THE FRAME STUDIO to be custom framed, we fell in love. Both of these fierce women had to have something contemporary for the framing. We were able to create floaters out of both pieces and use bright white floater frames on both. The choice of going with white instead of black gave them a strong edge, but made them both a bit more dream like. Do you love them as much as we do?

A client of THE FRAME STUDIO brought this beautiful silk embroidery all the way from his home in China, where he lived for a number of years. This 28" x 43" silk embroidery took one artist over two years to complete. Just let that sink in for a moment - 2 years. Our client loved the piece, but the frame it was originally in was very old world, which did not work with his new modern Florida environment. A Pop of Color

Good client's of Little's Photography had their twin's photo shoot to lead up to their joint B'nai Mitzvah. It was a big deal. So we at THE FRAME STUDIO knew the custom framing had to be a big deal, too. We found a frame that worked well with their portraits and their style, but they also wanted to pull some bold colors from the room into the framing as well. We chose three brightly colored linen liners from the Jonathan Adler collection that worked well together, as well as with the portraits. A Father and Son’s 4 Year Journey

A father and son team has spent the passed 4 years going to golf memorabilia shows in search of items involving their favorite American Amateur golfer Bobby Jones. He was the co-founder of the Masters Tournament. Their collection involved such things as golf cards, his autograph, photos, and postage stamps. Love from a Gondola

Our very own Bari Wiggins took these photos on a recent vacation of a lifetime through Italy. Once she chose the four photos she wanted on her wall, she had Little's Photography print them on metallic paper to get the proper "glow" for the water, and then chose custom framing with THE FRAME STUDIO to get the proper age and "Italian-ness" that she was looking for. We think they turned out beautifully, and would love to go visit them on her wall anytime we wanted to escape to Italy!

Purple Heart

Check out this great shadow box frame that THE FRAME STUDIO was able to create for a client! Along with the purple heart, a few other items - like rank and branch pins, name tag, and photos - were combined to make this shadow box frame a great representation of the brave man that earned that purple heart. We were happy to be a part of pulling this memory together. Thank you to the service men and women of all military branches for keeping us free!!!

A Different Way to Triptych

A client found this amazing triptych of an aerial beach view, and brought it into THE FRAME STUDIO for some funky framing. The frames and matt colors are the same, the only thing that is different is the size of the matting. All 3 pieces were framed individually, but the matting was done as if they were framed together and then cut apart. This way they belong together in a set way, but can be spaced apart further to fill the space above the client's couch, and can be moved closer together if it is needed.
